The Future in the Cards

A person asks a card-reader for help. They see their future in the cards. What will they say? Is it true?

Future in the Cards in an RPG for two people about a fortune-teller who reads the future in tarot cards (or any sort of card-based divination deck), and the querents that visit them. It's heavily based on the digital game Astrologaster. The players use the tarot cards to generate the querents, their problems, and what happens to them after their visit to the fortune-teller. The players also use tarot cards, in character, to discover what the fortune-teller sees in their future.

This project is being submitted to the Finish your Damn RPG Jam, and so it's a bit earlier than I'd like, but you know what they say: it's better do be done than to be perfect. (This makes a lot more sense in Portuguese.) This version is completely playable.

Future upgrades I'm more likely to add now that a version of the game has been publically released and is collecting shame:

• A Brazilian Portuguese translation!
• A file that has a modicum of effort put in its design, maybe even with a cover!
• An example of play!
• Playtesting the game to see if it actually is fun???? (Yeah, right!)
